With a solid operations career in Oil and Gas and an unrelenting desire to serve as a better steward to others, I left one desert for another. Admiring the staggering differences of the Chihuahuan Desert to the Sonoran, made preserving the natural habitat endemic only to Arizona essential.

Receiving a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture, I studied the interconnected living networks, that change over time and the transient adjustments needed to reconnect exerbs through urban environments.

People historically designed our cities and towns to change slowly and in an unsustainable fashion.

Through education on environmental needs, people can make informed decisions for the benefit of ourselves and others.

Design | Maintain Residential & Commercial

Mane Cultivation creates designs for both residential and commercial properties. The focus is on integrating the transitions of less populated environments through urban density bringing together natural migration and ending costly fragmentation.

Letting the rural move through urban spaces with ecologically based impermanence constructs sustainable development from populated areas, to open space and back again.

Mane Cultivation recognizes cities should develop with living fluidity and be easily open to change. People plus flora and fauna should create movement for our benefit and health.

Real Estate

Recently receiving a real estate license, Mane Cultivation assists the general public in navigating Arizona’s market for property acquisition. A company to help others attain land or a home while providing the ability to design a desired dream.

Cultivating a space to produce one’s needs becomes a passageway to freedom and a path to well-being.

Homestead & Retail

Mane Cultivation began its homestead on the Spikey Pines Estates out in Wikieup Arizona as a “key” to sustainable living. With patience and methodical design, the property instills a basic desire to give others the right to live life with dignity and accessibility through free education.

The homestead currently generates a multitude of products that sell at local markets and retail venues. The plan is to continue growing what is offered and teaching others how they can do the same.
